Gabriela Pulido
Gabriela Pulido is a Chemical Engineer and a current PhD candidate at the University of Twente. Her doctoral research focuses on developing sustainable ZLD solutions for brine management through multistage liquid-liquid extraction with thermo-responsive polymers.
With a research master's from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Gabriela's expertise spans various applications of solvent extraction and purification, from energy-efficient water treatment to the isolation of high-purity medicinal cannabinoids. She is passionate about creating innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions to complex industrial separation challenges.
