Sahar Ataolahi
Sahar Ataolahi is a PhD candidate at La Trobe University, specialising in the extraction and separation of secondary metabolites from medicinal plants. Her research focuses on developing and optimising techniques such as liquid–liquid extraction (LLE), solid–liquid extraction (SLE), and other innovative methods for the efficient extraction, separation, and isolation of bioactive compounds. With a strong foundation in analytical and preparative methodologies, Sahar is committed to advancing natural product research with applications in pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals.
